I'm still in hypnotherapy training. Is it too early to get a website?

Not at all! In fact, we recommend starting early because it takes time to build your website and even more time for it to start ranking on Google. Getting started while you're still in training gives you a head start on establishing your online presence.

How long does it take to build my website?

Timeline depends on the package you choose:

- Launch Package: 2-3 weeks

- Growth Package: 4-6 weeks

- Premium Package: 6-8 weeks

The actual timeline also depends on how quickly you provide feedback and content. We can typically launch most projects within the estimated timeframe.

What's the difference between the three website packages?

Launch Package ($997) : 4 pages, basic features, you provide content.

Growth Package ($1,997) : Up to 8 pages, booking system, blog setup, you provide content.

Premium Package ($2,997) : Up to 8 pages, we write all content, advanced features like payment processing.

Do I own my website?

Your website is built on our proprietary platform, which allows us to provide ongoing support, security, and maintenance. You have full control over your content and can export it if needed. This approach ensures your site always works perfectly and stays up-to-date.

Can I make changes to my website after it launches?

Yes! Your monthly care plan includes content updates, and we can provide training on making basic changes yourself. For larger changes, we're always available to help.

What if I don't like the design?

Each package includes revision rounds to ensure you're completely satisfied:

- Launch Package: 1 revision round

- Growth Package: 2 revision rounds

- Premium Package: 3 revision rounds

We work with you until you love your website. Additional revisions are available for $150 each.

Do you provide the content for my website?

It depends on your package:

- Launch & Growth Packages: You provide text content and photos, or use the default content

- Premium Package: We write all custom content and source professional photos for you

What if I don't have professional photos?

For Premium Package clients, we source high-quality stock photos. For other packages, we can recommend affordable photography options or help you take better photos with your smartphone.

Can you help me write my content even if I don't choose the Premium Package?

While content creation is only included in the Premium Package, we provide guidance and templates to help you create effective content. We're also available for additional content writing services at our hourly rate.

Website Care Plan Questions

Why do I need a care plan?

Your website requires ongoing hosting, security updates, backups, and maintenance. Care plans ensure your site stays secure, fast, and functional 24/7. Since your website is built on our proprietary platform, a care plan is required to maintain hosting and support.

Can I cancel my care plan?

Care plans require 30-day notice for cancellation. However, since your website is hosted on our platform, canceling your care plan means your website will no longer be accessible online.

What's the difference between Essential and Priority Care plans?

Essential Care ($97/month) : Basic hosting, security, email support within 72 hours, 30 minutes of updates monthly.

Priority Care ($147/month) : Everything in Essential plus faster support (24 hours), Zoom support available, 1 hour of updates monthly, quarterly strategy calls.

What happens if I go over my included update time?

Additional updates are billed at $100/hour in 30-minute increments. We'll always get your approval before performing any billable work.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my care plan?

Yes! You can change plans with 30 days notice. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What if my website goes down?

We monitor all websites 24/7. If there's an issue, we're usually fixing it before you even notice. You'll be notified of any significant downtime, and we work quickly to resolve any problems.

SEO Services Questions

How long before I see results from SEO?

SEO is a long-term strategy. Initial improvements in Google My Business and local citations can happen within 30-60 days. Significant organic traffic growth typically takes 4-6 months of consistent effort.

Do you guarantee first page rankings?

We don't guarantee specific rankings as search algorithms constantly change. However, we do guarantee consistent effort, transparent reporting, and our best practices approach to improving your search visibility.

Can I do SEO myself instead of hiring you?

While possible, effective SEO requires significant time, expertise, and ongoing effort. Most hypnotherapists find it more valuable to focus on clients while we handle the technical aspects of SEO.

Do I need a care plan to get SEO services?

Yes, SEO services are only available for websites hosted on our platform with an active care plan.

What's included in the monthly SEO reports?

Our reports include keyword ranking progress, website traffic analytics, Google My Business performance, local citation status, and content performance metrics. We also provide actionable recommendations for continued improvement.

Can I pause my SEO services?

Yes, but SEO momentum can be lost during breaks. We recommend consistent, ongoing SEO efforts for best results. You can pause with 30 days notice.

Do you offer payment plans for website packages?

Currently, website design packages are paid 50% upfront and 50% at launch. Care plans and SEO services are billed monthly. Contact us if you need to discuss payment arrangements.

Are there any hidden fees?
