What is a contact?

A contact is a single person recorded in your account. Hypnotherapy Accelerator lets you store critical information, including your contact's phone number, email, address, as well as meeting history, payments, conversations, notes, and more. You'll be able to make every client feel like an important individual, because that's what they are.

How much does it cost to add more contacts?

Our Lite plan allows you to store up to 500 contacts in your account while our Professional plan allows up to 2,500 contacts. Additional contacts can be purchased in packages of 500 contacts for $29/month per package.

What is a user?

A user is someone who has authority to access the Hypnotherapy Accelerator software via their own username and password. Users can be managed via an admin account.

How many users are included?

Our Lite plan starts you off with 1 user license and our Professional plan includes 5 user licenses. Additional users can be purchased for only $39/month per user.

How do I get Hypnotherapy Accelerator working for me?

Our 1-on-1 onboarding process is designed to give you the strategy, training, support, and done-for-you account setup you need to get up and running as quickly as possible in the beginning and maximize the value you get from Hypnotherapy Accelerator in the long term.

What happens after onboarding?

After we set up your account, you'll get access to our Success Academy Training with video training and walkthroughs of every feature and demonstrations on how to make the platform work for you. You can also join our weekly group coaching sessions to get help with specific things you're currently working on.

How do I get technical support?

You'll be able to connect with our certified tech support team 24/7 from the help widget in your app dashboard. If you ever need additional support, our team can jump on a Zoom call with you and help you with screen sharing and step-by-step guidance. Additionally, you'll be invited to join our members-only community to network and collaborate with other Hypnotherapists that are seeing success with our program.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. However, if you're on our yearly contract, please be aware that you'll be charged a $297 early termination fee if you cancel your subscription before the end of your one-year contract term.

To cancel, initiate your cancellation request at least 10 days prior to the next billing date by emailing Customer Support at [email protected].

Are there any additional costs?

Our Professional Plan includes 500 monthly text marketing credits. After your monthly credits are used, additional marketing texts will be billed at a rate of $0.015 per text message. You are only charged for content messages, not opt-in messages.

Text Marketing includes one-to-one text messages, automated text messaging, text broadcasts and individual replies from broadcast messages. It’s currently only available in the U.S.
